Choose your foam colour / density. You’ll see below there are so many to choose from. The most popular colour is blue / firm. However, it is down to personal preference.

What is the intended use of the cushion? Here are a few things to think about:
– How thick you want the cushion to be
– Making sure it has enough support as well as maintaining comfort
– Who will be using it. Consider body weight
– The lifespan of the cushion

We also supply reconstituted chip foam and memory foam:
5lb [RB/080] – Type: Soft / Seat
6lb [RB/095] – Type: Medium / Seat
8lb [RB/125] – Type: Firm / Seat
10lb [RB/160] – Type: Very Firm / Seat
Memory foam [VC55/85] – Type: Medium / Mattress Topper

We can cut foam into any shape or size that you require!

This can include any of the following designs:
– Bar Stools, Bench Seating & Window Seats
– Wedges
– T Shape & L Shaped Cushions
– Memory Foam Mattress Toppers.

Want to add a premium look and feel with our dacron and stockinette service? This will save you time and money. Whether it’s with your own template or by simply giving us the size of foam you require, we will provide you with a first class service right up to your front door.

The polyester wadding [dacron] gives the foam an extra soft feel, while the stockinette wrap makes the insertion of the foam into the cover, stress free.

Please note: we kindly ask for 24 – 48 hours for all cut and wrapped foam.
